When do I need to RSVP by?

The earlier the better, but please RSVP by October 1st. This will allow us to get an accurate count. Due to venue and catering requirements, if we do not receive your RSVP by this date, you will be marked as 'declined' and be unable to attend. We will miss celebrating with you!

What is the Wedding Day Dress Code?

Our wedding is black-tie optional. Tuxedos and formal gowns are welcome, but a dark suit or midi/floor-length dress is also perfect. We encourage guests to dress up and celebrate with us in style!

Are Children Allowed?

Yes! please let us know how many children will attend with you during your RSVP, so we can plan accordingly. Small children attending aren't required to wear formal wear - just be cute and comfy :)

Can I bring a date?

We’re so excited to celebrate with you! Since we’re keeping our wedding fairly intimate, we’ve invited guests individually. If you’re in a long-term relationship and we accidentally missed your significant other, just let us know! We definitely don’t want to leave anyone out by mistake. Otherwise, we ask that you please stick to the adult guests listed on your invitation. If you’re ever unsure about who’s included, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to clarify!

What time should guests arrive?

Guests should plan to arrive by 4pm. Arriving by 4pm allows enough time for parking, enjoying a glass of wine, taking in the beautiful surroundings, and finding your seat before the “I do’s” begin! Ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm.

Will we be outside?

The ceremony will take place outside in an uncovered area (weather permitting). Since our wedding is in early November, we’re hoping for beautiful fall weather, but it may be a bit on the cooler side. Cocktail hour will also take place outside, but in a covered area. If the weather is chilly, there will be several heaters throughout the cocktail hour space to help keep everyone comfortable. The reception will be held in the ballroom, where it will be climate-controlled and cozy.

Is there parking on site?

Yes, there is parking available at the venue. There is a parking lot located just beyond the house and there will be a parking attendant and staff on-site to direct guests. There will also be ADA parking available.

Can I pick up my car the next day?

Guests are welcome to leave their car overnight, for safety purposes. The venue kindly asks you to retrieve your car by Sunday morning, November 8th by 10am - otherwise, they will be towed at the owner's expense.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during our ceremony. We’ve hired an amazing photographer and videographer to capture every moment, and we want everyone to be fully present.

Can we take pictures after the ceremony?

Absolutely! Take all the photos you want, capture the fun, and help us remember all the little moments throughout the day! We’d love to see the day through your eyes — just make sure to send us your favorites! 💕

Will there be Food?

Please bring hungry stomachs! We will have plenty of snacks, hors d'oeuvres, a full course plated dinner, cake, and desserts!

What if I have a food allergy or dietary restriction?

We want to ensure all of our guests enjoy the meal, so please let us know in advance if you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies. You can contact us directly or fill out the dietary preference section when you RSVP.

Will there be alcohol?

There will be an open bar with beer and wine. Soft drinks will also be available for those under 21 or prefer not to drink.

Will Thunderstruck be Played?
